Your order is going to be shipped within 1-2 business days from purchase.

As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the tracking number. You can check the status of your order few hours after receiving the email.

 

When receiving the order – please check the packaging for any damage. If you notice, that the packaging is damaged, check if the goods inside are not damaged. In the event where the goods would be damaged, do not accept the order and on the invoice or delivery note mark that the goods are damaged and please let us know about the event asap via email: EaseBuyPRO@outlook.com. After signing invoice or the delivery note you agree that the goods are delivered properly.

 

Wrong address, non-received items and returns

 

We take no responsibility if the goods are not received due to wrong address provided. If the order is returned to us in such case, we will charge you the actual shipping costs inquired by us and credit you the remaining balance of the order. We will contact you if such case would happen.

 

Taxes and duties

 

Customers outside the European Union are responsible for paying all the taxes: import duties, clearance fees, or other fees applied by the authorities during the transport of your order.

 

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information and documentation needed by customs in buyer’s country are provided properly and in a correct form.
